BFAIR Promotes Michelle Carleton to VP of Residential Services

North Adams, Mass. – March 27 – Michelle Carleton has been promoted to Vice President of Residential Services at BFAIR (Berkshire Family and Individual Resources, Inc.). She is responsible for overseeing the DDS Residential & Acquired Brain Injury Residential Services, Adult Family Care/Shared Living and the Director of Maintenance.

Michelle has over 3 decades of experience working in the healthcare and the human service field. Since joining BFAIR in March of 2017 she has held the positions of Acquired Brain Injury Program Coordinator and most recently the Director of Acquired Brain Injury Residential Services.
