Kids’ Cooking Class Offered at Clark Art Institute

Williamstown, Mass. — The popular Kids Can Cook! class returns to the Clark Art Institute on Friday, December 27, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Constellation Culinary Executive Chef Chris Gouty instructs children ages 5 to 10 in the art of decorating cakes.

Children will learn how to roll out and shape fondant. Then they can express their creativity by decorating Rice Krispies treats, a sheet cake, and a cupcake with fondant and frosting. All participants receive a take-home goodie bag with a cupcake and an icing tip to use at home.
